Lunch break: avocado hummus sandwich

If I have time I like to spend a little more time on preparing my lunch. Here one of my favorites:

Ingredients:

– half a avocado

– nice bread

– hummus

– chive

– salad

– roma tomatoes

– pinenuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds

– olive oil

Put everything together my taste, and my choice finish it with some salt and pepper.

A must try!
